Responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating calls, and organizing travel and logistics. The coordinator will handle correspondence, prepare and track documents, maintain databases and files, and assist with project-related materials and submissions. This role involves liaising with clients, talent, and external partners, ensuring timely follow-up and clear communication. The Coordinator to Managers will also support internal workflows, help prepare reports and presentations, and contribute to maintaining an efficient, organized office environment.QualificationsStrong organizational and time-management abilities, including calendar coordination, scheduling, and prioritizing multiple tasks.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with professionalism in email, phone, and in-person interactions.Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, shared drives, and document management).Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents, data entry, and follow-up tasks.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to shifting priorities and deadlines.Experience in entertainment, talent management, production, or a related field is preferred.Associate or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Communications, Business, Media Studies), or equivalent work experience.
