COORDINATOR – TRANSPORTATION

JOB PURPOSE:Coordinate transportation schedules, routes, and driver assignments ensuring safe and timely service.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Plan and communicate daily schedules and routes. Coordinate vehicle allocation with drivers. Monitor driver attendance and punctuality. Assist in maintaining records of trips and fuel usage. Support emergency transport arrangements. Liaise with village residents for special requests. Report incidents and performance issues to supervisor.QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:Diploma in logistics or administration.2–3 years’ experience in transport coordination.Good organizational and scheduling skills.Basic vehicle knowledge an advantage.Communication skills in English.Basic computer (Excel, Word).
