Copilot & AI Productivity Trainer (Financial Services)

We're looking for an experienced trainer to deliver live, in-person sessions on Microsoft Copilot and practical AI use for everyday productivity. Attendees are financial services professionals, so the training must be hands-on, relevant to their work, and mindful of compliance and data-security expectations.ResponsibilitiesDeliver 1-3 in-person sessions of 1.5-2 hours each to groups of up to 75-90 people (or split cohorts, if the client prefers)Teach Microsoft 365 Copilot across Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPointCover prompt-writing techniques and real-world AI workflows: summarizing, drafting, research, data analysis, meeting follow-upsTailor examples to financial services (reporting, client communication, analysis, internal documentation)Cover responsible AI use: data privacy, confidentiality, and awareness of firm policy and regulatory expectationsPrepare slides, live demos, and a short handout or prompt guideProvide post-session support for questions (email or short office hours)Required Qualifications10+ years delivering technical or software training to professional audiencesHands-on, working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot and generative AI toolsProven ability to run live sessions for large groups and keep them engagedExperience or strong familiarity with financial services or another regulated industryClear, confident communicator who can work with non-technical users through executivesAvailable to work onsite in ManhattanPreferred QualificationsMicrosoft certifications (e.g., AI-900, MS-900, or Microsoft Certified Trainer)Prior Copilot rollout or adoption-program experienceFamiliarity with Copilot governance, DLP, and security conceptsExperience with Copilot Studio or agentsDeliverablesTraining deck and demo scenariosPrompt cheat sheet or quick-reference guideFollow-up Q&A support after the sessions
