The role combines Copilot adoption, technical advisory, security and governance guidance, and customer success management to help customers successfully deploy and scale AI solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption and Premium Regular Usage (PRU).Act as a trusted advisor for Copilot, Copilot Chat, and AI solutions.Develop and execute adoption and change management plans.Support customers in AI readiness, governance, security, and compliance.Remove technical blockers across identity, licensing, security, and platform readiness.Coordinate execution through partners and Microsoft delivery teams.Engage business and technical decisionmakers to drive measurable business outcomes.Manage usage milestones and customer success plans.Identify opportunities for Copilot expansion and additional AI workloads.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience.7+ years of experience in cloud technologies, IT consulting, solution architecture, or digital transformation.5+ years in enterprise customer-facing roles.5+ years delivering technical projects and customer solutions.Strong Microsoft 365 and cloud platform experience.Experience deploying and driving adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot.Experience with adoption and change management practices.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Certifications MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator ExpertSC-401: Information Security Administrator AssociateAB-900: Microsoft 365 Copilot & Agent Administration FundamentalsAB-100: Agentic AI Business Solutions Architect ExpertAB-730: AI Business Professional Associate
