Copilot Studio Developer

Location: New York City/Atlanta/ChicagoJob DescriptionWe are looking for two senior developers to support the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven solutions with a primary focus on Microsoft Copilot Studio agent development.

This role will work closely with senior architects and platform teams to build intelligent agents, automate business processes, and integrate AI capabilities across Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Azure services.Required Skills & Experience2+ years of hands-on Microsoft Copilot Studio development experience in a production environment, including building, testing, deploying, and supporting enterprise agents5+ years of experience with Power Automate, including flows, approvals, error handling, and connectorsExperience designing conversational experiences, topics, and workflowsExperience integrating Copilot Studio with Power Automate, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Azure servicesExperience connecting agents to enterprise data sources and knowledge repositoriesExperience building custom actions and orchestration workflowsExperience with Azure AI Services, including Azure OpenAIExperience testing, troubleshooting, and optimizing AI-driven solutionsStrong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to translate business requirements into scalable automation and AI solutionsHighly PreferredMicrosoft 365 Copilot extensibility experienceExperience implementing generative AI and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solutionsExperience working with Microsoft Graph APIs and enterprise data integrationsSharePoint Online integration experiencePrompt engineering and agent orchestration experienceExperience implementing enterprise AI solutions in regulated environmentsExperience with Microsoft Purview and AI governance conceptsUnderstanding of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and agent governance considerations
