With a strong results-driven approach, Dr. Scent focuses on generating high-quality leads, optimizing conversion rates, and aligning marketing with sales, supported by effective team leadership to achieve measurable and sustainable growth.Key Responsibilities:- Write compelling ad copy (Meta, Google, TikTok) including headlines, hooks, and calls to action (CTA) to enhance CTR and conversion rates.- Develop impactful marketing messages that resonate with the target audience, addressing their problems, solutions, and value propositions.- Create conversion-focused content for landing pages and product descriptions, optimizing text for maximum conversion rates.- Generate engaging social media content for platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram, aiming to capture attention, drive interaction, and support sales.- Analyze and optimize copy performance metrics (CTR, conversion, engagement) and revise messages based on results, collaborating closely with the media buyer, video producer, and designer.Required Skills and Qualifications:- 2–4 years of experience in copywriting and advertising.- Proven expertise in digital marketing and social media content creation.- Proficiency in both Arabic and English.- Strong persuasive writing skills with a solid understanding of consumer behavior and sales psychology.- High production speed along with the ability to test and improve content effectiveness based on performance metrics.
