Core Banking Testing Support Officer - 6 Months Contract

We are seeking a detail-oriented Core Banking Testing Support Officer to support the implementation and enhancement of a Core Banking System. The successful candidate will assist with testing activities, defect tracking, user support, data validation, documentation, and post-implementation support to ensure successful project delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and other testing activities.Execute test cases and document test results.Identify, log, track, and support the resolution of system defects.Coordinate with business users and technical teams during testing cycles.Support data migration validation and reconciliation activities.Prepare testing reports and status updates.Maintain testing documentation, user guides, and standard operating procedures.Assist in training end users on system functionality and business processes.Provide support during system go-live and hypercare periods.Ensure issues are escalated and resolved within agreed timelines.Support process improvements and operational readiness activities.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.1-5 years of experience in banking operations, banking systems, software testing, or project support.Experience supporting Core Banking System projects is highly preferred.Understanding of SIT, UAT, defect management, and testing methodologies.Experience with data validation and reconciliation activities.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.
