Corporate AI & Technical Trainer (Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT)

NobleProg is a global IT training and consultancy group established in 2005, with a presence in Hong Kong, Warsaw, London, Berlin, Vancouver, and various other locations worldwide.We're growing our training team in Romania and looking for a full-time Corporate AI & Technical Trainer to deliver both AI Literacy sessions and hands-on technical training to corporate clients. This is not an AI model training role — no data labeling, no RLHF, not a Scale AI / Outlier / Invisible-style "AI trainer" position. We're hiring someone who delivers live sessions to real corporate teams, and who genuinely knows Claude, Copilot, and ChatGPT inside out.What you'll be doing: ✅ Delivering AI Literacy sessions to non-technical corporate audiences (management, HR, sales, operations) — AI fundamentals, prompting, adoption, governance and ethics; ✅ Delivering hands-on technical training on AI and agentic tools — with strong emphasis on Claude, Microsoft Copilot, and ChatGPT — for technical and semi-technical teams; ✅ Customizing and adapting training materials to each client's industry and AI maturity level; ✅ Assessing training effectiveness and refining content based on participant feedback; ✅ Traveling for onsite delivery to corporate clients in Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca, Sibiu, Timișoara, and Iași; ✅ Staying current with new releases and updates across the AI tool landscape to keep content relevant;What we're looking for: ✅ 3+ years of experience delivering corporate training (not university teaching, not AI model training or data labeling); ✅ Daily, hands-on professional experience with Claude, Copilot, and ChatGPT — this is a hard requirement, not a nice-to-have; ✅ Working knowledge of additional AI/agentic tools (Gemini, n8n, Make) is a plus; ✅ Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal, in Romanian and English; ✅ A verifiable portfolio: your own course materials, examples of sessions delivered, client or employer references; ✅ Available for full-time employment (not freelance or per-project) and for frequent onsite travel to the cities above;Why Join Us? 🚀 Join a growing, global training provider with a presence in Hong Kong, Warsaw, London, Berlin, Vancouver and beyond; 🌍 Deliver to a global network of corporate clients — no sales effort required on your part; 📈 Full-time contract with a fixed salary aligned to your demonstrated experience, discussed transparently from the first conversation; 🤝 Work alongside experienced trainers and access NobleProg's international training resources and community;How to apply: Submit your CV and a portfolio or examples of training materials you've delivered, and answer the screening questions below.
