We are currently working with a well-established international law firm in Dubai that is looking to hire a mid-level Corporate M&A Lawyer to join its growing corporate practice.The role would suit a lawyer with strong experience across M&A and general corporate transactions, who is looking to join a high-quality team and work on sophisticated, cross-border matters.The opportunity:• Mid-level Corporate M&A position• Dubai-based• Work on a broad range of domestic and cross-border M&A transactions• Exposure to high-value and complex corporate matters• Opportunity to work alongside experienced partners and lawyers• Strong client exposure and scope for career development• Competitive remuneration packageThe ideal candidate will have:• Strong Corporate/M&A experience gained at a recognised law firm• Experience running and supporting M&A transactions from start to finish• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills• Strong commercial awareness and client management ability• Experience working on cross-border transactions would be advantageous• Common law qualification preferred
