The firm is looking for a mid-level transactional attorney to join its corporate and M&A team.ResponsibilitiesLead or play a central role in mid-size M&A transactions (approximately $30M–$40M), including asset and stock purchases, mergers, and equity deals.Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, disclosure schedules, ancillary documents, and closing deliverables.Manage due diligence and coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and other advisors.Serve as outside general counsel, advising on entity formation, governance, contracts, and day-to-day business matters.QualificationsJD from an accredited law school and active membership in the California State Bar (or eligibility to be admitted).3–5 years of M&A and/or corporate transactional experience.Strong drafting, negotiation, and project management skills.Salary and Other Compensation:The annual salary for this position is between $205K – $300K annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
