Project OverviewCustomer: our customer is an ICT company in Riyadh, KSAEngagement: Leading, Managing and strengthening regulatory/corporate compliance activities with an additional skill set of governance (preferable) Resource Requirement: Dedicated Full time 8x5 GRC Consultant/Practitioner - *Preferred to be a Regulatory/corproate compliance and governance qualified and experiencedMode of Work: Remote, with potential for occasional onsite engagements in Riyadh if neededStart Date: Sep or Oct 2026Duration: 12 months (initial one-year engagement), subject to customer extension and renewal⸻2. Scope of WorkThe Regulatory/Corporate Compliance consultant will:• Work directly under the customer’s GRC team.• Lead, Plan and Manage the entire corporate/regulatory compliance activities with updating compliance universe with new/updated regulations, interpreting in the context of organizationa and assigning to internal owners for evidence collection, compliance monitoring and management.• Develop, own and launch an annual compliance monitoring plan• Expedite the continued use of the customer’s Regulatory Compliance / GRC automation platform.• Lead, manage and ensure ongoing compliance risk assessment and ensuring high risk compliance obligations are always met. • Act as a complaince safeguard and ensure no regulaoty fines, penalties and issues through a sucessful compliance program.• Ensuring cross border regulatory compliance obligations are met. • Act as Corprorate Compliance SME for the customer and carry out the tasks assigned by the customer• Conduct compliance and risk reviews, tracking mitigation plans.• Develop, improve and align GRC/Compliance documentation across departments.• Coordinate with GRC, legal, audit, cybersecurity, and operations as necessary.• Develop robust corporate compliance reporting, executive and audit committee level and executive dashboards.• Promote compliance awareness and capability development across the organization.⸻3. Candidate Profile• Job Title: Corporate Compliance & Governance Consultant• Experience: 5–10 years in Regulatory/Corporate Compliance roles, preferably with KSA-based clients or GCC, international • Education: Bachelor’s in Law, Corproate Law, Legal Studies, Business, or equivalent• Core Domain Expertise:1. Regulatory/Corproate Compliance2. Compliance Risk Management3. Corporate Governance4. Laws / Regulations interpretation• Special Skills:• Proven hands on experience in active implementation / consulting and delivering industry standard GRC projects especially in Complaince and Governance domains.• Desirable to have corporate governance experience as well, however not mandatory • Strong communication and documentation skills• Fluency in English and Native Arabic language required• Deep understanding of ICT laws and regulations in GCC and international, Gaming industry experience preferred.⸻4. Engagement Terms• Initial 2 months as probation (full-time), leading to a 10 month contract (Total 12 months of full time engagement, renewable subject to customer renewal).• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (KSA time) or as per customer’s schedule.• *Reporting: Directly to the customer’s GRC team & providing periodic updates to the vexellum assigned senior resource.Candidate must perform the job with quality, integrity, self managed, strong work ethics and industry professional standards while ensuring customer satisfaction.
