In this role, you will support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company’s compliance program across multiple jurisdictions. You will help ensure the organization meets its legal, regulatory, and ethical obligations while promoting a strong culture of integrity. The ideal candidate brings at least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within a multinational company (MNC) environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the development, implementation, and maintenance of corporate compliance policies, procedures, and controls aligned with global standards and local regulations.Monitor and assess compliance risks related to anti-bribery and corruption (ABC), anti-money laundering (AML), sanctions, data privacy, competition/antitrust, and other key regulatory areas.Conduct or assist with compliance risk assessments, gap analyses, and control testing across business units and geographies.Support internal investigations of potential compliance breaches, including fact-gathering, documentation, and coordination with legal, internal audit, and relevant stakeholders.Deliver compliance training and awareness programs to employees and third parties; track completion and effectiveness.Assist with third-party due diligence processes, including risk ranking, screening, and ongoing monitoring of business partners, agents, and suppliers.Prepare compliance reports, metrics, and dashboards for senior management and relevant governance forums.Stay current on evolving regulatory requirements and industry best practices in key markets; advise internal stakeholders on implications.Collaborate with legal, internal audit, risk, HR, finance, and business teams to embed compliance into day-to-day operations.Support external regulatory inquiries, audits, or examinations as needed.Contribute to continuous improvement of the compliance management system and related tools/technology.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certification preferred).Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in corporate compliance, ethics & compliance, or related legal/risk roles.Experience working in or supporting a multinational company (MNC) environment is strongly preferred.Solid working knowledge of key compliance frameworks and regulations (e.g., FCPA, UK Bribery Act, local anti-corruption laws, AML/CFT requirements, sanctions regimes, GDPR or equivalent data protection laws).Experience supporting policy development, risk assessments, training, third-party due diligence, and/or investigations.Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills with attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, cross-cultural, and fast-paced global organization.High integrity, professional judgment, and discretion when handling confidential matters.Preferred QualificationsProfessional certifications such as CCEP (Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional), CAMS, or equivalent.Prior experience in highly regulated industries (e.g., financial services, healthcare/life sciences, technology, manufacturing, or energy).Familiarity with compliance technology platforms, case management systems, or GRC tools.Experience supporting compliance programs in multiple regions (Asia, Europe, Americas, etc.).Key CompetenciesStrong ethical judgment and courage to raise concerns appropriatelyAbility to influence and collaborate across functions and cultures without direct authorityProactive, solution-oriented mindset with a continuous-improvement approachClear, concise communication suited to both technical and non-technical audiencesResilience and adaptability in a dynamic regulatory environment
