This position is onsite.The salary for this job is $160K - $190K.The Controller will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:RESPONSIBILITIESManage the monthly financial close process, including financial reporting, account reconciliations, variance analysis, and related disclosures.Oversee daily cash management, including reporting cash position, preparing borrowing base certificates, and supporting cash flow planning.Lead external audit processes and coordinate with different departments to ensure timely and accurate reporting.Manage payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and related accounting operations.Lead the annual budgeting process and support forecasting, financial planning, and operational decision-making.Develop, implement, and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls in compliance with GAAP, federal and state regulations, and legal requirements.Drive process improvements and leverage automation to enhance department efficiency.The Controller will possess the following:EXPERIENCE REQUIREDBachelor’s degree in accounting or business management; CPA, MBA, CMA preferred8+ years of experience, preferably in a manufacturing environmentExcellent oral and written communication skillsDetail oriented and able to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneouslyEqual Opportunity EmployerThe compensation philosophy reflects the Company’s reasonable expectation at the time of posting.
