The company provides products and services including class jewelry, yearbooks, regalia, school uniforms, and photography across North America.We are seeking an experienced Corporate Controller to serve as the senior financial leader responsible for accounting and treasury operations across a multi-plant, multi-ERP manufacturing environment. This executive-level position will oversee U.S. and Mexico-based accounting operations, lead financial close and reporting, manage treasury and cash operations, and provide financial insight to Executive Leadership and the Board.This role is ideal for a senior finance leader with extensive U.S./Mexico cross-border experience, manufacturing finance expertise, and experience managing a $200M+ organization.Why join us?$200,000 base salary plus benefitsSenior-level corporate finance leadership opportunityEstablished 100+ year companyCross-border finance leadership across the U.S. and MexicoOpportunity to influence financial strategy, controls, and infrastructureDirect partnership with Executive Leadership, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, FP&A, Tax, and ITCollaborative executive leadership environmentHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k)Professional development and career advancement opportunitiesResponsibilitiesLead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes across multiple business units and ERP systems.Oversee financial consolidation, financial reporting, and management reporting.Maintain strong general ledger oversight, account reconciliations, and internal controls.Direct cash management, cash forecasting, banking relationships, and treasury reporting.Oversee cash disbursements, payment cycles, and major wire and ACH transactions.Manage working capital across AP, AR, inventory, and production operations.Support capital planning for equipment, facilities, and seasonal cash requirements.Oversee U.S. and Mexico statutory, regulatory, and financial audits.Ensure compliance with GAAP, Mexican accounting standards, and applicable tax regulations.Direct sales tax, payroll tax, and corporate tax compliance.Partner with external tax advisors on tax filings and tax planning.Oversee AP and AR operations and identify opportunities for process improvement.Lead accounting integration and reporting across multiple ERP systems.Partner with IT and Operations to improve reporting, data governance, automation, and financial processes.Oversee financial reporting and support investor and Board-level reporting.Lead Accounting and Treasury teams, including plant-level accounting operations in Mérida, Mexico.Partner with Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, FP&A, Tax, and Executive Leadership.Review and improve finance, accounting, payroll procedures, controls, and workflows.Provide financial guidance regarding inventory requirements and timing of incoming inventory receipts.Provide strategic financial analysis and recommendations to Executive Leadership.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.Active U.S. CPA license required.MBA strongly preferred.8+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience.5+ years of senior-level finance leadership experience.Proven experience leading finance and accounting operations in a multi-country manufacturing environment.Experience managing U.S. and Mexico-based accounting operations.Bilingual in English and Spanish required.Proven experience supporting or leading an organization with $200M+ in annual revenue.Strong cross-border U.S./Mexico accounting and finance experience.Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, treasury, tax compliance, and internal controls.Experience working across multiple ERP systems.Experience with manufacturing finance, inventory, working capital, and plant-level accounting.Experience working with external auditors and reporting to a Board of Directors.Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.Willingness to travel internationally approximately 20% as required.Must currently live within approximately 30 minutes of Aventura, FL 33180.No relocation candidates will be considered.Must be available to work 100% in-office, Monday-Friday.How to ApplyIf interested, please apply here or email your resume to Kelona at kelona@atalnt.com.
