Corporate Development & Investor Relations ManagerAbout Capimax GroupCapimax Group is a vertically integrated FinTech–PropTech and real-estate investment infrastructure group operating across digital fractional ownership, property tokenization, blockchain infrastructure, digital finance, portfolio management and real-world assets.The group has developed a connected multi-ecosystem that is live, post-pilot and progressing toward commercial-scale deployment.About the RoleCapimax Group is seeking an experienced Corporate Development and Investor Relations professional to strengthen institutional investor engagement, strategic partnerships, transaction readiness and due-diligence coordination.The successful candidate will work closely with the Founder and senior management to build and manage relationships with suitable family offices, institutional investors, strategic investors, corporate partners, investment firms and other qualified counterparties.This role requires strong transaction knowledge, professional English communication and the ability to manage institutional processes from initial research and engagement through management meetings, information requests, due diligence and transaction coordination.Key Responsibilities• Research, identify and prioritize suitable institutional investors, family offices, strategic investors and corporate partners.• Develop and maintain a structured pipeline of qualified institutional relationships and strategic opportunities.• Conduct professional outreach, correspondence, presentations and follow-ups in English using company-approved materials.• Assess the strategic fit, mandate, investment profile, decision-making authority and relevance of potential counterparties.• Coordinate investor introductions, management meetings, presentations and follow-up actions.• Prepare and organize non-confidential corporate materials, executive summaries, presentations and supporting information for institutional discussions.• Manage NDAs, investor information requests, due-diligence checklists, Q&A processes and virtual data-room workflows.• Coordinate with management, legal counsel, financial advisors, accountants and technical teams to provide accurate and timely responses.• Support corporate-development assessments, strategic-investment processes, partnership opportunities and M&A-related analysis when required.• Assist with valuation analysis, transaction structures, term sheets, letters of intent and transaction-readiness requirements.• Monitor market developments, relevant transactions, investor mandates and strategic opportunities across real estate, FinTech, PropTech, private markets and real-world assets.• Maintain an accurate CRM and provide regular reports covering outreach, responses, meetings, information requests, due-diligence progress and agreed next steps.• Ensure that all external communications follow approved company materials, confidentiality requirements, applicable laws and counsel-approved procedures.Candidate Requirements• At least five years of relevant professional experience in investor relations, corporate development, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, corporate finance, transaction advisory or related institutional roles.• Demonstrable experience communicating with family offices, institutional investors, strategic investors or senior corporate decision-makers.• Strong understanding of institutional due diligence, valuation, financial analysis, investment documentation and transaction processes.• Experience managing data rooms, investor Q&A, NDAs, term sheets, letters of intent or comparable transaction documentation.• Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate complex business and financial information clearly and professionally.• Strong research, presentation, relationship-management, negotiation and organizational skills.• Ability to understand and present a multi-platform technology and real-estate infrastructure group accurately and without unsupported claims.• Existing relationships with relevant investors, institutions, corporate partners or professional advisors are highly desirable.• Experience in FinTech, PropTech, real estate, private markets, blockchain, tokenization or real-world assets is advantageous.• Any activity requiring regulatory authorization, investment solicitation or securities placement must be conducted only by appropriately authorized persons and within the company’s approved legal framework.Ideal CandidateThis is not a general sales or basic lead-generation role. We are seeking an institutional, transaction-oriented professional capable of building credible relationships, understanding investor requirements, coordinating complex due-diligence processes and supporting Capimax Group’s long-term corporate-development and institutional-growth objectives.LocationRemote — preferably based in the United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States or Europe.
