Corporate Development Associate

A specialist international investment business is hiring a Corporate Development Associate into its London team. It's a small, high-calibre group, so there's real responsibility from day one and regular contact with senior leadership.With a broad remit, on the deal side you'll support M&A, minority investments and strategic partnerships, building the financial models, running valuation and due diligence, and helping push transactions through to completion. But it doesn't stop once a deal closes - there's also an operational and strategic side to this role, working hands-on with the businesses they invest in to help them grow.This also isn't a role with a fixed ladder or a box-ticking route to promotion.
