We’re partnering with a global business services provider backed by one of the world’s leading private markets investors, on a key Corporate Development Manager hire in Singapore.This is a rare opportunity to join a lean, high-calibre deal team and play a meaningful role in shaping the company’s growth strategy — with exposure to transactions across APAC, the US and LATAM.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the full M&A lifecycle, from target identification and preliminary assessment through valuation, due diligence, negotiation and closingBuild and maintain financial and M&A models, including forecasting, scenario and sensitivity analysisConduct financial analysis, valuation and comparable transaction analysisCoordinate and manage financial and commercial due diligence workstreams, working with multiple internal and external stakeholdersEvaluate transaction feasibility, revenue and cost synergiesPrepare investment papers and materials for senior management and investment committee reviewWork closely with Commercial, Finance, Legal, Tax, HR, IT and external advisers throughout the transaction processSupport integration and separation planning where requiredDesired Requirements5–7 years of relevant experience in Corporate Development, M&A, Corporate Finance, Transaction Services / FDD or Investment BankingHands-on experience across M&A transactions, financial due diligence, valuation and financial modellingProven ability to manage transaction processes, projects and multiple stakeholdersStrong business acumen, commercial judgement and analytical rigourExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCross-border / multi-jurisdictional transaction experience is preferredExperience in professional services, fund services or business services is advantageousBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a related discipline; CPA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent qualification is a plusWhy Join?End-to-end M&A exposure — be involved from sourcing through closing, rather than operating within a single transaction workstreamJoin a highly experienced deal team with significant autonomy and responsibilityGain exposure to international transactions across APAC, US and LATAMWork within a PE-backed environment Take on a role with real visibility and impact on the organisation’s growth strategyOpportunity to broaden your experience across different transactions, markets and business sectorsIf you’re an M&A professional looking to move into a high-ownership, principal-side role with genuine end-to-end transaction exposure, feel free to reach out for a confidential discussion.
