Location: ArizonaA leading metals & mining company based in Arizona is seeking an ambitious Corporate Development Manager to join its growing team.The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of experience in Investment Banking, with a strong preference for professionals who have focused specifically on the metals & mining sector.The RoleThe Corporate Development Associate will play a key role in evaluating and executing strategic growth opportunities across the company, including acquisitions, investments, partnerships and other corporate development initiatives.Responsibilities will include:Evaluating M&A, joint ventures and strategic investment opportunitiesBuilding and reviewing detailed financial models and valuation analysesSupporting transaction execution from initial opportunity through due diligence and closingConducting industry, market and company-specific researchPreparing investment committee and senior management presentationsSupporting due diligence, including financial, commercial and operational analysisWorking closely with senior leadership, external advisors and investment banking counterpartiesMonitoring trends and opportunities across the metals & mining sectorIdeal Candidate4–6 years of professional experience within Investment BankingRequired: Metals & Mining Investment Banking experienceStrong transaction execution and financial modelling skillsExperience with M&A, valuation, capital markets or strategic advisoryExcellent analytical and presentation capabilitiesStrong understanding of the metals & mining industryHigh level of commercial awareness and attention to detailAbility to work effectively with senior executives and external advisorsBachelor's degree from a strong academic institutionOpportunityThis is an excellent opportunity for an Investment Banking professional looking to transition into a corporate development role within the metals & mining industry, with significant exposure to strategic transactions and senior leadership.If you have 4–6 years of Metals & Mining Investment Banking experience and would be interested in learning more, please get in touch to discuss the opportunity confidentially.
