This role oversees the conception, development, opening, and operation of hotels, food and beverage venues, wellness facilities, and destination hospitality assets, ensuring each component contributes to a cohesive, high-performing luxury hospitality ecosystem.Reporting to the Group Head of Hospitality, The Corporate Director of Hospitality Operations serves as a senior member of the executive leadership team and plays a critical role in shaping the long-term direction of the hospitality portfolio. The role operates at the intersection of strategy, development, creative brand positioning, and operational execution.Beyond traditional operational oversight, The Corporate Director of Hospitality Operations contributes to the creation of distinctive hospitality concepts, the structuring of operating models, coordination of leadership amongst properties and assets senior leaders, and the establishment of governance frameworks that support scalable and sustainable growth across the platform. As a Corporate Director of Hospitality Operations, you will need to:Hospitality Platform StrategyLead the strategic development and operational performance of the hospitality portfolio, ensuring alignment between asset development, operational models, and long-term brand positioning. Support the evolution of the hospitality platform into a scalable and globally competitive operating ecosystem.Portfolio Operations and Asset OversightWorking with properties General managers, senior leadership of assets under management and subject matter experts directors, provide executive oversight and alignment across all operational disciplines. These include hotel operations, rooms division, property based and standalone Restaurants and bars, wellness and spa programming and health and safety. Ensure each operational function operates cohesively to deliver a seamless guest experience and strong operational performance across the portfolio.Destination Hospitality DevelopmentContribute to the planning and development of new hospitality assets. Work closely with development, design, finance and technical teams to ensure operational considerations, guest journeys, and service infrastructure are fully integrated into the design and development process.Concept Creation and Culinary StrategyProvide strategic leadership for the development and positioning of food and beverage concepts across the portfolio. Guide concept design, culinary direction, guest experience programming, and operational frameworks to create distinctive venues that strengthen the destination’s hospitality offering.Portfolio Operations and PerformanceOversee the operational performance of multiple hospitality assets including hotels, rooms operations, restaurants, wellness facilities, and experiential venues. Implement operational frameworks that drive consistency, efficiency, and excellence across the portfolio.Operational Governance and StandardsDevelop and implement operational standards, policies, and performance frameworks that support service excellence and operational discipline across all hospitality assets. Ensure alignment between operational practices, brand positioning, and regulatory requirements.Technology and Operational SystemsContribute to the implementation and performance of operational technology platforms including property management systems, point-of-sale systems, guest engagement tools, and operational reporting systems. Ensure technology infrastructure supports operational efficiency, data transparency, and enhanced guest experiences.Health, Safety and Risk ManagementEnsure all hospitality operations comply with health, safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements. Oversee the implementation of safety frameworks, emergency procedures, and operational risk mitigation strategies appropriate for complex hospitality and destination environments.Financial and Commercial PerformanceOversee operational financial performance across the portfolio, including budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and revenue optimization. Ensure that hospitality operations achieve strong commercial outcomes while maintaining the expected standards of luxury hospitality environments.Leadership and Organizational DevelopmentBuild and lead high-performing operational leadership teams across the portfolio. Mentor senior leaders, strengthen organizational capabilities, and cultivate a culture centerer on service excellence, accountability, and innovation.Guest Experience and Brand PositioningChampion the development of distinctive guest experiences that elevate the reputation and positioning of the hospitality platform. Ensure that service delivery, programming, and operational design reflect the expectations of world-class luxury destinations.Pre-Opening and Asset ActivationProvide executive leadership during the pre-opening phases of new hospitality assets, ensuring that operational structures, service models, staffing strategies, and training frameworks are successfully implemented prior to launch.Stakeholder and Partner EngagementAct as a senior representative of the organization with owners, operators, consultants, and strategic partners.
