Based in great West End offices, as part of a small team, and working 4 days per week on site with the opportunity to work remotely for one day per week, you will be providing exceptional, strategic EA support to the Chief Executive, COO and other C-suite individuals.The senior executives all have an impressive track record of establishing and growing successful businesses and this is a unique chance to work alongside an impressive, well-connected leadership team in an entrepreneurial, dynamic environment.You will act as a trusted right hand to senior team members, providing seamless support across day-to-day operations, strategic co-ordination and stakeholder liaison.Responsibilities will includeManaging complex diaries and international travel arrangementsCo-ordinating board meetings, investors meetings and executive schedulesPreparing reports, presentations and meetings materialsActing as a key liaison with investors, advisors and other internal and external stakeholdersIdentifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and administrative processes.Supporting implementation of systems and processes that facilitate business growth and scalability.Ensuring smooth-running of executive operations in a high-growth environmentAbout youProven track record of providing first-class EA support to C-suite executivesEA experience within international, fast-paced, corporate, investment, infrastructure, finance or start-up environmentsStrong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levelsHighly organised with exceptional attention to detailA personable, proactive approach.
