CORPORATE FACILITATORWe need someone who can walk into a room in Rome, New York, or Shanghai and make something happen.Someone with presence. Depth. Range.Someone who can walk into a difficult room and not shrink. Who can feel when they're losing people, dump what they had planned and find another way in. Someone who has something to say and doesn’t make the room about themselves.Someone larger than slides.THE WORKInfinity creates unconventional learning experiences for global organizations.We work on shifting mindsets, behaviors and human capability.That makes facilitation here a little different.You may be working on leadership one week, customer experience the next, culture and transformation after that. You will meet different industries, different countries, different levels of seniority and very different rooms.You will facilitate. A lot.But you won't live in a classroom.You'll get involved upstream, when the problem is still messy. You'll work with people who design learning, people who write, people who build live experiences. Sometimes you'll be handed a program. Sometimes you'll help invent the thing from scratch.And then you'll have to stand up and make it work with real human beings.WHO WE'RE LOOKING FORYou already have serious stand-up experience ++ years is a useful benchmark, and you know how to hold a corporate room.But experience alone doesn't interest us much.We're looking for amplitude.You read beyond L&D. You hunger for growth. You have enough confidence to take a risk and enough humility to discover that you were wrong.Your English has to disappear.By that we mean: in front of a demanding US audience, nobody should be thinking about your English. You catch speed, irony, resistance, subtext without translating it in your head.You also speak Italian fluently.And travel isn't the irritating part of the job you tolerate. It's part of why you want it.WHAT IS INFINITY?Difficult question.We started in learning. Twenty-eight years later, that doesn't quite describe us anymore.We work across education, communication and events, and the interesting work happens where the three get mixed up.A leadership journey becomes a live experience. A communication idea becomes a learning intervention. An event becomes the moment a culture actually moves. A classroom can borrow from theatre, film, design, technology, business, psychology or whatever else makes the experience work.We don't much care which box the idea came from.We care whether it moves people.SO WHY INFINITYBecause you won't spend three years delivering Module 4.Our facilitators move across subjects and cultures. They are exposed to an incredible amount of difference. That difference accelerates growth.We invest heavily in development, but not through corporate theatre.You get coached. You get challenged. You get feedback. You experiment. You take on more difficult rooms.
