Corporate Finance Analyst

Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a proactive and analytical individual to join our team as a Corporate Finance Analyst / Manager. In this role, you will work closely with the General Manager, Corporate Development on merger & acquisition and business development activities across different regions, including the Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong, Taiwan, the United States, and South East Asia.You will be able to leverage your professional knowledge and problem-solving skills on investment appraisal, deal execution and negotiation, transaction structuring and documentation, valuation and other ad hoc financial analysis and market research.This position reports to General Manager, Corporate Development. Candidate with higher level of experience and capability will be considered at Manager level.Job DescriptionEvaluate and execute corporate transactions, new investment opportunities/projects and any special projects of the group across the regionsLead the execution/negotiations on corporate transactions / investment projectsLiaise with internal and external parties across different functions (legal, accounting, tax, commercial and operations etc.) at all levels on transaction related mattersConduct valuation and oversee the due diligence processNegotiate transaction documentation and provide advice and recommendations on deal structuringMonitor post-investment performance and contract compliancePrepare investment papers and financial analysis for executive managementThe Successful ApplicantBachelor’s degree, from top universities are highly preferredCertified Public Accountant and/or Chartered Financial Analyst Qualification3-8 years’ experience in total including corporate in-house merger & acquisition with a background in investment banking or major international accounting firmsExperience in relevant industry, such as FMCG, manufacturing and retail is advantageousExcellent knowledge in corporate finance and accountingStrong financial modelling skillsStrong problem-solving skills, highly numerate with analytical mindset and business acumenExcellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across various teams and organizational levelsFluency in spoken and written English and ChineseWillingness to travelWork LocationQuarry Bay, Hong Kong (Swire Coca-Cola Corporate Office)What's on OfferThe opportunity to join our growing Swire Coca-Cola family….46,000 and a leading beverage companyPermanent, full-time job opportunityOpen, collaborative and inclusive working environmentStable and sensible hoursExcellent compensation & benefitsMedical insuranceThe drinks are on us!If you are a high calibre candidate with a passion for corporate finance and a desire to work for a leading global company, we want to hear from you.
