Corporate Finance (Associate / Assistant Vice President)

Job DutiesWithin our robust investment banking department, the Corporate Finance Associate is an integral member of the team and actively involves in all aspects of investment banking activitiesPrepare and review marketing materials, transactional documents, and other documentations incidental to corporate finance transactionsConduct due diligence work for initial public offering and other types of corporate finance transactionsCoordination of investment banking activities with clients, professional parties, regulators and other internal business unitAnalyze financial statements and prepare financial models, good understanding of DCF, P&L, balance sheet and cash flow statementsDevelop company structuring strategies, perform regulatory analysis, and devise business strategiesSupport research and analysis on a broad spectrum of industriesRequirementsRelevant bachelor’s degree from a reputable university1-3 years' relevant experienceExceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detailCapable of thriving in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrates strong commitment to integrity, professionalism and teamworkExcellent communication skills in Chinese and English; native-level proficiency in Mandarin is preferredWilling to travel frequently to the PRC for business purposeWe offer competitive remuneration packages to the successful candidates.
