The intern will support the finance team in analyzing financial data, assisting with budgeting and forecasting activities, and preparing reports and presentations for internal stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks may include building and updating basic financial models, reviewing accounting entries, supporting financial planning processes, and helping prepare documentation for internal reviews or training modules. The intern will also participate in research on industry trends, assist in evaluating business performance metrics, and collaborate with team members on projects that enhance financial decision-making. This role is designed to provide structured exposure to corporate finance concepts and practical experience in a professional setting.Qualifications Strong foundation in Finance, with an interest in corporate finance and financial decision-making.Ability to perform Financial Analysis and work with Financial Modeling at a basic to intermediate level.Solid Analytical Skills, including comfort with quantitative data, problem-solving, and drawing insights.Basic understanding of Accounting principles and financial statements.Pursuing or having completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, Business, or a related field.Proficiency in Excel and standard productivity tools; familiarity with financial software is an advantage.Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present financial information in a structured manner.Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment, with attention to detail and time management.Prior internships, projects, or coursework related to corporate finance or accounting are beneficial.
