Hays have partnered with a leading Saudi investment management firm to hire a Corporate Finance Manager for their growing team in Riyadh. This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional with experience in financing funds, structured debt solutions, and corporate finance transactions to join a well-established platform and play a key role in building and expanding its financing funds business.As a Corporate Finance Manager, you will support the structuring, establishment, execution, and management of financing and investment funds, while working closely with senior stakeholders, investors, regulators, financing companies, and external advisors. The role offers exposure across fund structuring, debt financing, transaction execution, financial modelling, due diligence, fundraising, and portfolio monitoring within a highly entrepreneurial environment.Key Responsibilities:Support the structuring, establishment, and execution of direct and indirect financing funds, fixed income funds, and other investment vehiclesPrepare detailed financial models, investment memoranda, term sheets, and transaction documentationConduct financial analysis, due diligence, risk assessments, and portfolio monitoring activitiesCoordinate with legal advisors, Shariah advisors, auditors, financing companies, and regulators throughout transaction lifecyclesAssist in originating and executing financing and corporate finance transactionsPrepare investor presentations, board reports, and portfolio performance updatesSupport fundraising initiatives and maintain relationships with investors and key stakeholdersEnsure compliance with relevant Capital Market Authority (CMA) regulations and internal governance requirementsKey Requirements:6-7 years of experience within corporate finance, financing funds, structured finance, debt financing, private credit, or a related fieldExperience gained within a CMA-licensed investment company, financing company, asset manager, or financial services institutionStrong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical capabilitiesExperience in fund structuring, transaction execution, and due diligence processesGood understanding of CMA regulations and the Saudi financial services landscapeExposure to conventional and/or Shariah-compliant financing structures would be advantageousStrong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and EnglishBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related disciplineThis is an excellent opportunity to join a growing corporate finance team and play a key role in developing innovative financing solutions within the Saudi market.
