Corporate Finance Manager

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join a real estate development company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UAE real estate development finance, with extensive hands-on experience in treasury management, fundraising, banking relationships, financial structuring, and cross-border financial regulations.This is a senior finance position requiring a candidate who can independently manage the company's financial operations while working closely with management, banks, investors, lenders, and other financial institutions.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the company's overall financial operations, cash flow, liquidity, and treasury activitiesDevelop and implement effective treasury and cash management strategies for real estate development projectsManage relationships with UAE banks, financial institutions, lenders, and investment partnersLead and support fundraising, debt financing, project financing, and other capital-raising initiativesStructure financing solutions for real estate development projects and assess funding requirementsPrepare financial models, feasibility analyses, cash-flow forecasts, funding proposals, and investment-related financial reportsCoordinate with banks regarding credit facilities, project financing, guarantees, LCs, overdrafts, and other banking arrangementsMonitor debt obligations, repayment schedules, interest costs, and financing covenantsEnsure compliance with applicable UAE financial, corporate, tax, banking, and regulatory requirementsManage and assess cross-border financial transactions and applicable laws/regulations across different jurisdictionsWork closely with legal, investment, development, and senior management teams on financial structuring and transactionsMonitor project-level financial performance, budgets, cash requirements, and funding requirementsProvide strategic financial advice to management regarding investments, financing, liquidity, and riskEstablish strong internal controls and financial reporting proceduresSupport due diligence processes with banks, investors, lenders, and external advisorsRequirements5+ years of relevant finance experience within UAE real estate development is mandatoryCandidates must have substantial hands-on experience with real estate development companies, not solely real estate brokerageExtensive practical experience in treasury management and cash-flow managementProven experience in fundraising, debt financing, project financing, or capital raisingStrong existing banking relationships within the UAEExperience dealing directly with UAE banks and financial institutionsStrong knowledge of real estate development finance and project funding structuresStrong understanding of cross-border financial transactions and applicable laws/regulations across different countriesExcellent financial modelling, forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis skillsStrong knowledge of UAE financial, banking, corporate, and tax-related regulationsExcellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder-management skillsBenefitsCompetitive salary package based on experience and expertiseOpportunity to work directly with senior management on real estate development, financing, and investment projectsExposure to UAE and international financing, fundraising, and banking transactionsOpportunity to build and leverage relationships with leading UAE banks and financial institutionsProfessional and dynamic working environmentLong-term career growth within a growing real estate development organizationUAE employment visa and medical insurance, subject to company policy
