Corporate Finance Manager | M&A (Singapore)Are you an experienced Corporate Finance / M&A professional looking for your next opportunity?We're currently seeking a manager-level professional to join a high-performing Corporate Finance team in Singapore, advising leading organisations on complex transactions and strategic opportunities.You'll play a key role in delivering innovative deal solutions to clients, supporting them throughout the transaction lifecycle from origination and analysis through to execution and completion.Your responsibilities will include:Providing Corporate Finance and M&A advisory servicesSupporting business development through pitches and client presentationsWorking alongside experienced Partners and Directors to execute transactionsLeading key aspects of deal execution and financial modellingApplying strong analytical and valuation skills to develop data-driven insightsHelping clients maximise value and achieve their strategic objectivesRequirements:Relevant transaction experience, ideally gained within an investment bank, Corporate Finance house or similar environmentProven experience in deal execution and financial modellingStrong analytical, valuation and problem-solving capabilitiesExcellent attention to detail and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, transaction-driven environmentIf you're commercially minded, technically strong and excited by the opportunity to work on challenging transactions with leading businesses, I'd love to hear from you.Interested in learning more or applying?
