Corporate Finance Manager

Key ResponsibilitiesInvestment Analysis & ExecutionEvaluate investment opportunities across various industries through financial and commercial due diligence.Build and maintain detailed financial models including DCF, comparable company analysis, precedent transactions, and LBO models where applicable.Conduct industry, market, and competitor research to identify investment opportunities and emerging trends.Support end-to-end transaction execution including acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.Coordinate with external advisors including investment banks, legal counsel, auditors, and consultants throughout transaction processes.Corporate FinanceSupport corporate strategy through business case development and financial feasibility studies.Perform company valuations and scenario analysis for strategic initiatives.Assist in capital raising activities, debt financing, and refinancing exercises.Develop long-term financial forecasts and strategic planning models.Evaluate capital allocation decisions and investment returns.Portfolio ManagementMonitor financial and operational performance of portfolio companies.Analyse key financial metrics, KPIs, and value creation initiatives.Prepare periodic performance reports for management and investors.Support portfolio companies on budgeting, financial planning, and operational improvements.RequirementsEducationBachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.CFA, CA, CPA, or MBA qualification is advantageous.Experience5–8 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Transaction Services, M&A, or Strategic Finance.Experience in evaluating investments and executing transactions.Strong understanding of valuation methodologies and financial modelling.Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
