Corporate Finance Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Corporate Finance Manager to take ownership of the full finance function and play a key role in supporting strategic financial decision-making at EXCO and Board level.This is a senior finance role suited to someone who combines strong technical accounting and financial management expertise with strategic thinking, leadership and commercial awareness.Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full finance function, including AP, AR, GL, procurement and cost management
• Oversee month-end close, financial reporting and reconciliations
• Drive budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
• Manage cash flow and treasury
• Ensure tax, statutory and regulatory compliance
• Prepare Annual Financial Statements and FSCA reports
• Coordinate statutory, external, internal and BEE audits
• Strengthen internal controls, risk management and compliance
• Provide financial modelling, analysis and scenario planning to support strategic decisions
• Oversee costing, pricing and fixed asset management
• Support ERP enhancements and finance process improvements
• Lead, coach and develop the finance teamRequirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Minimum 6 years' professional finance experience
• Financial Services experience is preferred
• BCom Honours in Accounting or CA(SA) would be advantageous
• Proven experience managing finance teams
• Strong financial reporting, forecasting, modelling and analytical skills
• Strong understanding of tax, accounting standards, internal controls and financial risk management
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI skills
