Corporate Finance Manager - M&A

Job DescriptionOur client, a boutique Corporate Finance/Investment Banking firm, is currently seeking an ambitious Corporate Finance professional to join its team, primarily to advise clients in relation to Mergers & Acquisitions, fundraising and related activities.Key responsibilities will include:Supporting public market clients in executing IPOs, share buybacks, takeovers and other M&A transactions.Developing financial models and utilising various valuation techniques to support investment strategy.Analysing potential mergers and acquisition opportunities, identifying targets, conducting in-depth financial analysis and market research.Assisting in the transaction due diligence process.Supporting deal origination and building strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.Requirements for this RoleQualified accountant and/or CFA with 3-5 years' experience.Experienced in financial modelling, corporate finance, transaction services, deal advisory or investment banking.Excellent communicator with a strong commercial acumen and technical skills.About Our ClientA leading boutique advisor with a proven track record in advising across significant, large-scale transactions.RemunerationAttractive salary, bonus and other benefits.Your application will be directed to Daniel Corbett.Not interested in this role, but know someone who might be?
