The position provides direct exposure to senior leadership and strategic decision-making, while contributing to company-wide and cross-functional initiatives in Europe and North America. ResponsibilitiesDrive group-level corporate finance initiatives, coordinating across business functions, leadership, and ownershipSupport decisions on capital allocation, financing, and investment priorities with structured financial analysisOwn the project lifecycle for finance-related strategic initiatives: scoping, planning, execution tracking, and reportingCoordinate group-level cashflow, P&L, and FP&A analyses that inform corporate finance and strategic decisionsManage relationships with internal stakeholders, leadership, and external partners (banks, advisors) throughout project lifecyclesPrepare business cases, forecasts, and recommendations that support strategic and operational decision-makingMonitor financial and business performance at group level, identify risks and opportunities, and propose action plansDrive process optimization, automation, and efficiency improvements across corporate finance and reporting workflowsEnsure structured documentation, approval, and review processes for all initiativesPrepare presentations, analyses, and materials for senior management and ownershipSupport the financial communication and implementation of company strategy and visionRequirementsDegree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field4+ years of experience in financial project management, corporate finance, business controlling, or FP&AEssential SkillsSolid understanding of P&L, cash flow, capital structure, budgeting, and forecasting; exposure to tax or accounting topics is a plusComfortable moving between strategic finance topics (financing, investment cases, group initiatives) and hands-on executionBasic understanding of holding structures and group-level financial processes, or strong willingness to learnStrong organizational skills with excellent attention to process, documentation, and follow-throughExcellent written and verbal communication skills; advanced Excel skillsFluency in English and HungarianProactive, flexible, and pragmatic with a hands-on mindsetStrong relationship-building skills across teams, functions, and external partnersDesirable SkillsExperience using AI tools as part of daily workInterest in financial process optimization and automationConfidence working with senior stakeholders in dynamic work environmentsKnowledge of IFRSWhat You’ll GainCompetitive salaryHigh level of autonomy in your day-to-day workDirect exposure and proximity to senior leadershipUnique insight into company-wide strategy and decision-making processesOpportunity to work on high-impact, cross-functional, and international projectsInspiring, innovative work environmentOpportunity for rapid professional growth in a company entering a renewed phase of expansionRecruitment ProcessOur recruitment process includes an initial screening conversation with a team member, followed by an interview, a practical task to showcase your skills, and a final interview.Equal Opportunity StatementWe are committed to diversity and inclusivity in our hiring practices.
