Apply & track with Apply EdgeCorporate Gifting Sales ManagerHimalayan Pine Company (HPCo), the consumer brand of Vasshin Composites Pvt. Ltd., is building a new category of products from the Himalayan forest—turning invasive pine biomass and Himalayan botanicals into thoughtfully designed consumer products that connect Forest | People | Life. Our portfolio spans healthy snacks, botanical foods and beverages, low-sugar caramels, cookies, honey, botanical perfumes and pine-based tableware. The Role | A revenue-first hunter role focused exclusively on building HPCo's corporate gifting business across companies, institutions, professional firms, banks, financial services, technology companies, hospitality groups and other organisations with recurring employee, client and festive gifting requirements. The objective is to make HPCo a distinctive Himalayan gifting brand for organisations—with curated hampers and products that can be tailored by occasion, budget, recipient and corporate requirement. What You Will Own | Build and personally manage a pipeline of corporate buyers, HR teams, Admin, Procurement, Employee Engagement, Marketing, CXO offices and corporate gifting agencies. Identify annual gifting calendars and convert them into recurring revenue opportunities across Diwali, New Year, employee milestones, joining kits, conferences, client gifting, leadership gifting, festive occasions and institutional events.Develop corporate-ready gift packs across HPCo's portfolio—including caramels, cookies, honey, healthy snacks, botanical beverages, perfumes and pine tableware—with appropriate price points and customisation. Close first orders and build repeat annual programmes rather than one-off festive transactions.Build relationships with corporate gifting agencies and procurement partners where they can multiply HPCo's reach, while protecting HPCo's premium positioning and margins. Maintain a disciplined CRM pipeline covering prospect, buyer, occasion, budget, sample, quotation, order, delivery and next annual opportunity. What We Are Looking For | Someone who already understands corporate procurement and gifting cycles and is comfortable reaching decision-makers, managing large-volume requirements, negotiating commercially and closing time-bound orders. Existing relationships with HR, Admin, Procurement, Employee Engagement, Marketing teams or corporate gifting agencies are strongly preferred. What Success Looks Like | The measure is revenue, not the number of catalogues sent or meetings held. Success means building a growing base of corporate accounts, recurring annual gifting programmes, larger average order values, repeat customers and strong margins. The Opportunity | If you see a company with 2,000 employees and immediately think, “That is 2,000 potential annual gifting occasions”; see a bank opening 50 branches and think, “There is a welcome/gifting programme here”; or see a company planning Diwali gifting and think, “How do we become their Himalayan gifting partner rather than another hamper vendor?”—you will understand this role.Compensation | Flat ₹1Lac per month (No Deductions) + Executive Performance Bonus ₹12 Lac per annum + eligibility for a ESOP programme with potential reference value of up to ₹1 Crore, linked to enterprise milestones.
