Corporate Innovation Lab Leader

At FedTec Reply, we are hiring an Innovation Lab leader to join our team. In this role you will be working on building innovative enablers and accelerators for our federal clients. Our ideal candidate is an inspiring technology leader who is a self-starter, always learning, proactive, and with strong written and verbal communication skills.ResponsibilitiesDefine and lead the vision, roadmap, and delivery standards for FedTec's SaaS and AI-native innovation center, spanning AI transformation, service management, and cybersecurity offeringsDesign, build, and maintain reusable enablers, accelerators, and reference architectures that reduce cost and time-to-value on federal client engagementsRecruit, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers, architects, and consultants, building a culture of innovation and continuous learningPartner with business development and capture teams to shape technical solutions, proposals, and win strategies for federal opportunitiesCultivate strategic partnerships with cloud, SaaS, and AI technology vendors to bring emerging capabilities into FedTec's federal offeringsServe as a trusted technical advisor to the firm’s technology leaders, translating mission needs into scalable, secure, AI-enabled solutionsMinimum Requirements (Mandatory)10+ years experience in technology consulting, solution architecture, or IT capability/practice leadership4 years experience building and leading multidisciplinary engineering or consulting teamsDemonstrated experience architecting and delivering SaaS-based or AI-native solutions for enterprise or government clientsWorking knowledge of federal cybersecurity and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST RMF, FedRAMP, Zero Trust)Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field from a premier STEM institutionPreferred Qualifications (Good To Have)Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related technical field from a premier STEM institutionExperience with hyperscaler cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and modern DevSecOps practicesFamiliarity with agentic AI, large language models, and AI/ML platform engineeringIndustry certifications such as AWS or Azure Solutions Architect, ITIL, or CISSPTrack record of standing up new practice areas or capability centers from the ground upAbout ReplyReply specializes in the design and implementation of solutions based on new communication channels and digital media.
