The organization focuses on delivering high-performance, sustainable, and cost-effective solutions while fostering a workplace where employees are proud to contribute and build lasting relationships with clients and suppliers.Role Description The Corporate Lawyer will provide comprehensive legal support to Meister Construction Technologies, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia and other relevant jurisdictions. This full-time hybrid role is based in Jeddah, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, supply agreements, and partnership arrangements; advising on corporate governance, company policies, and regulatory requirements; and supporting cross-border transactions and joint ventures. The Corporate Lawyer will handle legal risk assessment, support dispute resolution and litigation management with external counsel, and oversee intellectual property protection and compliance with industry standards. The role also involves collaborating with senior leadership and functional teams, delivering clear legal guidance for strategic decisions, and contributing to internal training on legal and compliance matters.Qualifications Strong experience in corporate law, including contract drafting, negotiation, and corporate governance for commercial or industrial organizations.Proficiency in regulatory compliance, particularly within Saudi law and regional frameworks, including familiarity with construction, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.Capability in legal risk assessment, dispute resolution, and coordination with external counsel on litigation or arbitration matters.Ability to manage cross-border transactions, joint ventures, and partnerships, with clear understanding of commercial, financial, and operational implications.Excellent legal research, analytical, and writing skills, with attention to detail and the ability to translate complex legal concepts into practical guidance.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work closely with leadership, operations, finance, and procurement teams.Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent); a Master’s degree or additional certification in corporate or commercial law is an advantage.Bar admission or license to practice law in Saudi Arabia or a relevant jurisdiction, with prior in-house or law firm experience in corporate/commercial practice.Comfort working in a hybrid environment based in Jeddah, with flexibility to attend on-site meetings and travel domestically or region
