Clients rely on Conquer Nation to ensure products arrive where they need to be, on time, every time.Role Description The Corporate Lawyer will provide legal counsel on a wide range of corporate and logistics-related matters to support Conquer Nation’s operations and growth. This full-time hybrid role is based in Los Angeles, CA, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the week. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, such as transportation agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs, and service-level agreements. The Corporate Lawyer will advise on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, risk management, and data privacy, and will help develop internal policies and procedures that align with legal and industry standards. The role also involves managing or coordinating external counsel when needed, supporting dispute resolution, and providing clear, practical guidance to leadership and operational teams across the business.Qualifications Strong corporate, federal law, business law, employment law skills, including experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and service agreements.Knowledge of logistics, transportation, or supply chain legal frameworks, including regulatory compliance, risk management, and liability issues.Experience with corporate governance, entity structuring, and maintaining corporate records and policies.Ability to interpret and apply federal, state, and local laws and regulations relevant to business operations in the United States.Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to present complex issues in clear, practical language.Strong communication and collaboration skills for partnering with cross-functional teams, leadership, and external counsel.High level of integrity, sound judgment, and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information.Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. state; eligibility to practice or register as in-house counsel in California preferred.Prior in-house experience in a corporate environment, ideally within logistics, transportation, technology, or related sectors, is beneficial.Comfort working in a hybrid environment, managing priorities independently, and adapting to a fast
