Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Corporate Lawyer role based in Dubai. . The role involves advising clients on regulatory compliance and TMTQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized university.At least five years' experienceStrong corporate and commercial law skills, Demonstrable regulatory work experience, Experience in regulatory and compliance work, including TMT, data privacy, licensing, and sector-specific regulations.Strong client-facing skills, including the ability to communicate clearly, manage expectations.Excellent written and verbal communication in English; strong Arabic language skills are beneficial but not required.Prior experience in a reputable law firm or in-house legal department, is an advantage.
