We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Lawyer with 4-5 years of experience to provide legal guidance and support across all business operations within our trading company. This role will focus on ensuring compliance with local and international regulations and supporting the company’s commercial activities, particularly within the trading and commodities sector.Salary- AED 5KKey Responsibilities:Provide legal advice and support across corporate and commercial mattersEnsure full compliance with applicable local and international lawsDraft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and corporate documentsManage and maintain corporate records and legal documentationIdentify, assess, and mitigate legal and commercial risksSupport business operations related to trading and commoditiesCoordinate with external legal counsel and regulatory authorities when required

Requirements
