Corporate Lawyer

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Lawyer to join our team and oversee the company’s legal affairs and matters.The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and following up on the company’s legal cases, providing legal advice, reviewing contracts, and ensuring that the company’s activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and follow up on the company’s legal cases and disputes.Provide legal advice and guidance to management on various legal matters.Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.Represent and protect the company’s legal interests when dealing with external parties.Monitor legal developments and assess their potential impact on the company.Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.Maintain accurate records and documentation of legal matters and cases.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.Minimum 5 years of relevant legal experience.Proven experience in corporate and commercial law.Strong experience in handling and following up on legal cases and disputes.Excellent legal research, drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.Strong understanding of contracts and corporate legal matters.Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple cases, and meet deadlines.
