We Are Hiring | Corporate Lawyer📍 Location: Dubai, UAE 🏢 Company: BM Morrison Partners 💼 Position: Corporate LawyerBM Morrison Partners, a Dubai-based consultancy and legal services firm, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Corporate Lawyer to join our growing team.We are looking for a legal professional with strong expertise in corporate law and proven experience handling litigation and court proceedings in both the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Courts and Dubai Courts.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive legal advice and strategic guidance to corporate clients on a wide range of legal and commercial matters.Manage corporate and commercial litigation cases before DIFC Courts and Dubai Courts, from initial assessment through resolution and enforcement.Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, negotiations, and dispute resolution processes, where duly authorized.Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize commercial contracts, corporate agreements, shareholder agreements, joint venture agreements, and other legal documentation.Advise clients on UAE corporate and commercial laws, regulatory requirements, and compliance obligations.Handle corporate structuring, company formation, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.Develop and implement effective litigation strategies, including case assessments, preparation of legal submissions, and coordination with external counsel when required.Conduct comprehensive legal research, prepare legal opinions, and provide practical, commercially focused legal solutions.Manage corporate disputes, shareholder conflicts, contractual disagreements, and other commercial litigation matters.Advise on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management.Oversee legal due diligence processes for corporate transactions, investments, and business acquisitions.Draft and review legal notices, settlement agreements, memoranda, pleadings, and other litigation-related documentation.Liaise with courts, government authorities, regulatory bodies, external legal counsel, and other relevant stakeholders.Support clients in alternative dispute resolution, including arbitration, mediation, and settlement negotiations.Monitor developments in UAE legislation and DIFC regulations to ensure clients receive accurate and up-to-date legal advice.Maintain strong client relationships, manage multiple legal matters simultaneously, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality legal services.Collaborate with the firm's consultancy and advisory teams to deliver integrated legal and business solutions.Mandatory RequirementsLaw degree from a recognized university.Proven experience in corporate and commercial law.Practical experience handling court cases in both DIFC Courts and Dubai Courts.Strong knowledge of UAE corporate legislation, legal procedures, and regulatory frameworks.Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.Ability to manage complex legal matters independently.Preferred QualificationsGCC nationals are preferred.Fluency in English and Arabic.
