Advising issuers, investment banks, financial institutions and corporate clients, you will work on a broad range of domestic and cross-border capital markets transactions across the Middle East.This role is ideally suited to lawyers already based in the UAE who are looking to take the next step in their career within a market-leading international practice.RoleAdvise on a broad range of equity capital markets transactions, including IPOs, follow-on offerings and other public equity issuancesAct for issuers, underwriters, investment banks and corporate clients across the GCCDraft and negotiate transaction documentation and regulatory filingsManage transactions from inception through to completion, working closely with clients and international colleaguesBuild and maintain strong client relationships across the regionSupport business development initiatives, client pitches and thought leadershipMentor and supervise junior lawyers where appropriateCandidate RequirementsQualified lawyer with experience in Equity Capital Markets gained within a leading international or regional law firmStrong experience advising on IPOs and other equity capital markets transactionsExperience advising on transactions within the GCC, with familiarity across regional stock exchanges and regulatory frameworksCandidates should already be based in the UAEExperience gained at a leading international law firm is highly desirableExcellent drafting, negotiation and analytical skillsCommercially minded with strong client relationship management skillsAble to manage matters independently and work effectively across international teamsThis is an outstanding opportunity to join a highly regarded international practice working on sophisticated cross-border transactions across the Middle East, offering high-quality work, genuine career progression and exposure to some of the region's most significant capital markets mandates.Please attach an updated CV.
