We are looking for a detail-oriented, solution-focused Corporate Legal & Business Affairs professional who can help protect our business while enabling new opportunities across music and entertainment.PositionCorporate Legal & Business AffairsRole SummarySupport NAGASWARA Group across corporate, commercial, and entertainment-related legal matters, providing practical legal advice that helps the company make informed business decisions while managing legal and regulatory risks.Key Responsibilities1. Provide practical legal advice and support to help the company make informed business decisions.2. Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts, agreements, MoUs, and other legal documents.3. Support legal matters relating to artists, recording, music publishing, licensing, distribution, content, collaborations, and other entertainment activities.4. Identify legal risks in proposed business activities and recommend practical solutions.5. Ensure the company’s business activities and documentation comply with applicable laws and regulations.6. Maintain and organize the company’s legal documents, agreements, and records.7. Support the preparation and execution of General Meetings of Shareholders and related corporate documentation.8. Handle day-to-day legal administration and other matters related to the company’s legal function.9. Work closely with internal teams and external parties to support the company’s business and commercial objectives.10. Represent the company in legal discussions and negotiations with external parties, when required.11. Take on other legal and business affairs matters as needed.Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in Law.• 2–3 years of experience in Corporate Legal, Legal, or Business Affairs is preferred.• Good understanding of corporate law, contracts, and applicable regulations.• Comfortable drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents.• Detail-oriented, responsible, organized, and solution-focused.• Strong communication, commercial awareness, and problem-solving skills.• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with different teams.• Relevant legal certification is a plus.• Interest or experience in the music, media, or entertainment industry is a plus.Please send your resume, cover letter and any relevant material through Linkedin.We look forward to receiving your application and exploring the opportunity to work together.
