Corporate Legal Assistant | HybridWe are seeking an experienced **Corporate Legal Assistant** to provide high-level administrative and legal support to attorneys within a busy corporate practice. This is a **hybrid position** ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced law firm environment.**Compensation: $80,000–$120,000 annually**Key Responsibilities* Provide comprehensive administrative and legal support to attorneys and other timekeepers.* Draft, edit, proofread, format, and finalize legal documents, correspondence, and redlines.* Assist with corporate and transactional closings, including signature packets, document organization, finalization, and distribution.* Prepare closing binders, indexes, and corporate documentation.* Coordinate meetings, appointments, calendars, and administrative deadlines.* Maintain attorney files, client contact information, and matter-related records.* Assist with client intake and ensure required conflict procedures are followed.* Prepare expense reports and timesheets and coordinate attorney travel.* Support attorney billing and collection efforts, including invoice correspondence.* Manage multiple assignments while ensuring work is completed accurately and on time.* Collaborate with attorneys, legal assistants, and other departments to provide seamless client service.* Utilize firm technology and workflow systems, including BigHand.* Provide guidance and support to new attorneys and junior team members as needed.* Maintain a notary commission and perform notarial acts for firm business when requested.Qualifications* **3–5+ years of law firm experience** strongly preferred.* Prior experience supporting a **corporate or transactional practice** preferred.* High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree strongly preferred.* Strong legal document production, proofreading, formatting, and troubleshooting skills.* Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a high-volume environment.* Excellent written, verbal, grammar, and interpersonal communication skills.* Minimum typing speed of **70 WPM** with strong accuracy.* Advanced proficiency with **Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, DocuSign, Aderant, and time-entry software**.* Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new systems and software.* Proactive, organized, flexible, and highly attentive to detail.* Professional and service-oriented approach when working with attorneys, clients, staff, and management.* Ability to work regular business hours with flexibility for overtime when needed.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced legal support professional looking to join a sophisticated corporate practice while benefiting from a **hybrid work environment**.**Salary Range: $80,000–$120,000 per year**
