Corporate M&A Associate

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a 1–3 PQE Corporate M&A Associate to join the Dubai office of a leading international law firm and work closely with a highly regarded partner and established corporate team.The role offers exposure to a broad range of cross-border M&A, joint ventures, investments and general corporate matters, working with an impressive international client base across the Middle East and beyond.The ideal candidate will have:• 1–3 years’ PQE• Training and experience at a top-tier international law firm• Strong corporate/M&A experience• Excellent academics and technical skills• The ability to work on sophisticated, cross-border transactions• Ideally, some Middle East experience, although this is not essentialThis is a particularly good opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in the Dubai market, with the platform, quality of work and international network of a leading global firm.
