The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in company formation, corporate structuring, and legal documentation. This role involves providing legal and administrative support, ensuring compliance, and assisting with corporate governance and company registration matters.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvise on company structures and required documentation for business setup.Research and interpret laws, rules, and regulations related to company formation and employee compliance.Review, draft, and perform due diligence on contracts, agreements, and legal documents.Support departments with legal requirements and document preparation.Monitor the quality of applications and support process improvements.Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management.RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Law (Master’s or relevant certification preferred).Experience: 2- 4 years in a similar paralegal or legal support role within the company formation or business setup industry.Hands on knowledge of corporate law and ability to draft legal documents.Excellent research and drafting skills.Good communication, judgment, and attention to detail.
