Corporate Paralegal

We're currently partnering with a leading organisation in Dubai to recruit a Corporate Paralegal who will play a key role in supporting company formation transactions, corporate restructuring, legal documentation, and regulatory compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvise on corporate structures and company formation requirements for UAE entities.Review, assess, and support company formation and restructuring transactions.Draft, review, and amend legal documents, commercial agreements, contracts, notices, and legal memoranda.Conduct legal research and provide guidance on UAE corporate laws, company regulations, and employment legislation.Perform due diligence on legal documentation and corporate transactions.Support internal stakeholders by providing legal guidance across various business functions.Assist with strategic and operational projects within the department.Review transaction quality, resolve escalated cases, and identify process improvements.Prepare weekly and monthly reports and contribute to continuous operational enhancements.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Law (mandatory)2-4 years of experience in a Corporate Paralegal or similar legal roleExperience with UAE laws (corporate and employment) and common lawPrevious experience within the business setup, company formation, corporate services, or free zone industry is essentialStrong knowledge of UAE corporate law and company formation proceduresExperience drafting legal documents, contracts, and conducting legal due diligenceExcellent legal research and analytical skillsStrong communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skillsIf you meet the above criteria and are looking for your next career move, we'd love to hear from you.
