Corporate Performance Specialist

Job Responsibilities

Preparing, updating and implementing sector and departmental scorecards, their objectives and performance indicators in all departments in order to ensure the implementation of the strategic plan. Review and approve development program performance analyzes and results against established plans to ensure corrective actions (if any) are implemented and performance is effectively tracked and measured.Submitting periodic performance reports on progress made towards achieving strategic objectives while recommending corrective actions.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Financial Management, or any other related field.3 to 5 years of experience in the field.
