Corporate Photographer - Events and F&B

INDEX Media is looking for a talented and creative Photographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in corporate photography, events, and F&B, with the ability to capture high-quality visuals that align with our clients’ brands and requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate and execute professional photography for corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, and other client requirements.Capture high-quality photographs for F&B, restaurants, products, people, and corporate settings.Work closely with the creative and media teams to understand briefs and deliver the required visual content.Set up and manage lighting, equipment, backdrops and other photography requirements.Ensure photographs are properly composed, well-lit and aligned with the required brand style.Edit and retouch photographs using relevant software such as Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.Organise and maintain photography files, archives and equipment.Adapt quickly to different locations, lighting conditions and shooting requirements.Coordinate with clients and internal teams during shoots to ensure smooth execution.Support the wider media team with content creation when required.Stay updated with current photography trends, techniques and equipment.RequirementsProven experience as a Photographer, preferably within a media, creative, agency, events, hospitality or corporate environment.Strong portfolio demonstrating corporate, event and F&B photography.Good knowledge of professional cameras, lenses, lighting and other photography equipment.Strong skills in photo editing and retouching.Ability to work independently as well as part of a creative team.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, particularly during events.Flexible to work on weekends or outside regular working hours when required for events.UAE experience is preferred.A valid UAE driving licence would be an advantage.
