You will work directly on company research, lead generation, corporate outreach, hiring coordination, candidate mapping and relationship management.The role involves regular communication with HR professionals, recruiters, hiring managers, colleges and candidates, making it a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys networking, research, follow-ups and building professional relationships.Key Responsibilities1. Corporate Research & Lead Generation Research companies hiring across EV, automotive, manufacturing, engineering, software, electronics, battery, mobility and related sectors.Identify HR, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment and relevant business POCs.Build and maintain a structured corporate database.Identify companies suitable for DIYguru's placement and hiring ecosystem.Research company hiring patterns, locations, job roles and manpower requirements.Generate new corporate leads through LinkedIn, company career pages, industry networks and referrals2. Corporate Outreach & Follow-upsContact HRs, recruiters and hiring managers through email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and calls.Introduce DIYguru's training, placement and industry ecosystem.Understand corporate manpower requirements and hiring needs.Schedule meetings with relevant corporate stakeholders.Conduct timely and professional follow-ups with prospects.Maintain an updated status for every corporate lead.3. Placement & Hiring CoordinationCollect and understand Job Descriptions received from companies.Support candidate mapping against company requirements.Coordinate resume/profile sharing with corporate partners.Support interviews, assessments and hiring drives.Maintain interview schedules and candidate status.Follow up with candidates and companies until the hiring process is completed.Support OJT, internship, placement drives and Recruitathons.4. Employer & Industry Relationship Support Maintain professional relationships with HRs and recruiters.Capture and communicate company feedback to the internal team.Track repeat hiring opportunities from existing corporate relationships.Identify opportunities for long-term corporate partnerships and MoUs.Support the Corporate Relations team in building a strong employer network.5. College & Placement Cell Outreach Research colleges, universities, ITIs, diploma institutions and engineering institutes.Identify TPOs, placement officers, HODs and relevant institutional contacts.Support outreach for placement collaborations, hiring drives, Recruitathons and industry programs.Build and maintain college databases and communication records.6. MIS, CRM & Documentation Maintain corporate, candidate and college databases.Update lead status, follow-up dates, requirements and outcomes.Prepare daily and weekly MIS reports.Track pending follow-ups and ensure leads are not missed.Maintain accurate records of corporate requirements, candidate mapping and hiring activities.7.
