This role is responsible for supporting clients through company registration and licensing processes, including preparing documentation, coordinating with government authorities, and tracking application progress. The specialist will advise on corporate structures, regulatory requirements, and compliance timelines, while maintaining accurate records and internal documentation. Daily tasks include responding to client inquiries, providing clear explanations of procedures, and collaborating with internal experts to resolve complex cases. The role also involves monitoring regulatory updates, identifying process improvements, and contributing to high-quality client service delivery.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Corporate Services skills, including experience with company formation, licensing, and compliance processes in the UAE or similar markets.Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to review documentation, interpret regulations, and identify risks or inconsistencies.Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to manage client expectations, explain procedures clearly, and build professional relationships.Candidates should possess foundational Finance skills to understand fee structures, payment processes, and basic corporate financial considerations.Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Finance, or a related field are beneficial.Experience working with UAE government portals and free zone or mainland authorities is an advantage.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple client cases simultaneously are expected.Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills, especially Arabic, are an asset.
