MissionThe Corporate Solution Design & Continuous Improvement Manager will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing operational solutions across the Group, supporting both organic growth initiatives and transformation projects.The role will combine operational solution design, project management and continuous improvement, ensuring that new operational models, facilities, systems and processes are effectively deployed, adopted and continuously optimized across business units and countries.This position will work closely with Operations, Engineering, Real Estate, Corporate IT, Digital Transformation, Business Analytics and PMO teams to translate business needs into scalable operational solutions that improve productivity, service, quality and cost performance.Based on the Logista Operations Way framework, the role will act as a bridge between Strategy & Design, Project Implementation and Continuous Improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesSolution DesignDesign and develop end-to-end logistics and transportation solutions supporting both organic growth initiatives and operational transformations.Lead operational diagnostics, process mapping, capacity assessments and network modelling exercises.Participate in the design of:Warehouse solutions and layoutsTransportation networksAutomation and robotics projectsOperational processes and standardsCross-functional service solutionsDevelop business cases, ROI analyses and investment evaluations for operational initiatives.Benchmark industry best practices and emerging technologies to identify future opportunities. Tendering & Commercial SupportLead operational solution design for complex tendering and business development opportunities.Translate customer requirements into scalable and competitive operational solutions.Support RFIs, RFQs, RFPs and tender submissions through operational modelling, costing and solution definition.Work closely with Business Development, Operations, Engineering and Finance teams during tendering processes.Define operational assumptions, capacity requirements, productivity models, staffing plans and implementation roadmaps. Project ManagementLead strategic projects from concept design to deployment and value realization.Define project scope, governance, risks, budgets and KPIs.Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across countries and business units.Ensure successful implementation and adoption of designed solutions. M&A and Due Diligence SupportParticipate in operational due diligence reviews for acquisition opportunities.Assess operational capabilities, scalability, assets, processes, systems and productivity levels of target companies.Identify operational risks, improvement opportunities and potential synergies.Support valuation processes through operational cost and efficiency assessments.Contribute to post-merger integration roadmaps and operational harmonization initiativesContinuous ImprovementDeploy Continuous Improvement methodologies across operations using Lean, Kaizen, PDCA, DMAIC and problem-solving approaches.Facilitate Kaizen events, A3 projects, Value Stream Mapping and operational excellence initiatives.Standardize processes, tools and best practices across countries and business units.Promote the adoption of the Logista Operations Way and continuous improvement culture.Design, develop and maintain operational KPI frameworks and dashboards.Define leading and lagging indicators to monitor service, cost, quality, productivity and sustainability performance.Collaborate with Business Analytics, Digital Transformation and IT teams to develop data-driven decision-making tools.Identify improvement opportunities through KPI analysis and operational diagnostics.ExperienceRequired5-8 years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Consulting or Operational Excellence.Experience in solution design and operational modelling.Experience leading cross-functional projects.Experience developing KPI frameworks and operational dashboards.Experience using Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma or Continuous Improvement methodologies.Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.Experience in tendering processes, RFQs, RFIs and RFPs.DesirableExperience in management consulting or supply chain consulting.Experience supporting M&A activities, operational due diligence or post-merger integrations.Experience in automation, robotics or digital transformation initiatives.Experience in multinational environments.EducationRequiredBachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Transport Management and Logistics, or a similar field.DesirableMaster's Degree or Postgraduate Qualification in Supply Chain Management.LanguagesRequiredWritten and spoken English at C1 level.Key CompetenciesThinking and acting global and strategicallyProject ManagementContinuous improvement mindsetData-driven Decision MakingFocusing on peopleBeing Customer centricChange ManagementActing for Change and Innovation
